Why they are free
Because these little jobs should not cost you your privacy. Most free converter sites work by taking your file onto their computers. Ours never do: the work happens inside your own browser, and your file never leaves your machine.
Unplug the internet halfway through and the tool still finishes. That is not a slogan; it is how they are built.
And because they cost us almost nothing to run, they cost you nothing to use. They are also our shop window: this is the standard of work we sell by the hour.
Sunday evening, three small jobs
The bank wants a spreadsheet, but your statements are PDFs. Your kid needs a GPA for an application. And tomorrow's post needs a decent-looking image. Three websites are offering to help, and every one of them wants your files uploaded and an account created first. These are those tools, without that part.
Built free, in public, to the same standard we sell by the hour.
